At CHILLbillies, we are obsessed with wholesome, healthy, nutritious food which we bake here on the premises. We use only local organic eggs, cow milk from Jersey cows (which is rich in A2), and where possible, local organic and pest-free fruit and vegetables. Our menu changes constantly but the constant theme is to provide locals and visitors to Dungog with food that your Grandmother would recognise and appreciate. In addition, we will provide you with the highest level of personal service as you would expect when the owners, Louise and Gerry, are a constant presence.
